We Practice Reciprocal Relationships

We acknowledge that every day we walk on the land of the Coast Salish people, who have tended the land since time immemorial and continue to do so today.

Through persistent institutional racism and oppression, white bodies have claimed this land as their own. With an anti-racist stance, Cascadia Forest Therapy seeks to provide space for people of all races to remember, rediscover, and re-story their relationships to all the beings they might encounter.

We plant one tree for every participant.

The forest freely gives us much. We are obliged to give back.

Though we each find our own ways to reciprocate as we deepen our personal relationships with the forest, Cascadia Forest Therapy partners with Earth Corps to plant one tree for every participant.
